A......cm Waist/hips Take a leather belt and put this around your waist where you would like the chastity waist band to sit and measure accordingly. We would suggest just on your hip line. 

 

B......cm Measure through your crotch front to back to the side of your penis level with your waist/hip measurements. 

C......cm Measure from the centre of your waist to the top of your penis.
