I usually wear the combo shield with my belt, but here’s the dome shield with the rear opening add on. You definitely need a buffer between the pieces, but its functional for plugs or fucking. 

I added some clear tubing on mine for this pic, but it kinda slipped off because I cut the piece too short.  The black piece of tubing I normally use stays in place. ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
