Barcelona BDSM Film Awards

Hey Team,

I just wanted to give you an update from our recent trip to the Barcelona BDSM Film Festival and Awards this May.

The Fancy Productions crew had an incredible experience attending the festival and meeting filmmakers from around the world. It was inspiring to see so many creative and artistic contributions to the industry and to connect with people who share a passion for independent filmmaking.

The festival ran over three days in the beautiful Barcelona, with films screening at several venues across the city.  We had the opportunity to watch a diverse range of films, attend discussions with filmmakers, and gain valuable insights into emerging trends and creative approaches to film making. We are also proud to announce that The Escape Room received an Honourable Mention at the Barcelona BDSM Film Awards 2026. It was a great honour to have our work recognised alongside so many talented creators from around the world.

Attending the festival has given us fresh inspiration and motivation for future projects, and we are excited to continue creating unique and engaging content for our audience.
