Iron Knob 2.0 is a major redesign of our original ball-trap chastity device. We have moved away from traditional hand fabrication and introduced improved production methods that allow us to achieve greater consistency, a cleaner finish and a more refined chastity device.

What’s New with Iron Knob 2.0?

One of the biggest changes is the locking system.

Iron Knob 2.0 uses precision security screws, eliminating the need for large, bulky external padlocks. This gives the device a cleaner profile while improving the overall fit and finish.

We have also introduced an integrated Tether locking system, allowing Iron Knob configurations to be used with our non-piercing Tether system.

Choose Your Iron Knob 2.0

Iron Knob 2.0 is available with a range of ring, cage and tip options so you can select the configuration that best suits you.

1. Cock Ring Size

The back ring sits around the base of the penis, behind the testicles.

Using a soft measuring tape, carefully measure around the area where the ring will sit.

Choosing Your Size

Match your measurement as closely as possible to one of the available Iron Knob ring sizes.

If you are between two sizes, beginners should generally consider starting with the larger option.

Your measurements can change slightly depending on temperature and other factors, so we recommend measuring several times before ordering.

Pro tIp: The ring should feel secure without causing pain, numbness, significant discolouration or restricted circulation.

If you are unsure about your size, additional back rings can be purchased separately, allowing you to experiment with different sizes.

2. Choose Your Cage Size

Measure yourself while standing and completely flaccid.

Place a ruler along the top of the penis, beginning at the pubic bone and measuring to the tip.

Your flaccid measurement provides your starting point when selecting the appropriate cage length.

For a snugger fit, some wearers choose a cage slightly shorter than their natural flaccid measurement. Comfort and safety should always take priority over achieving the smallest possible fit.

You should also select the closest available internal tube diameter that provides a secure but comfortable fit without excessive pressure.

3. Choose Your Tip

Iron Knob 2.0 is available with two tip configurations.

Standard Open Tip

The standard configuration features a 12 mm opening to provide straightforward drainage and easier cleaning.

Sitting down to urinate is still recommended, and some additional wiping or cleaning may be required after using the bathroom.

Locking Tip

The Locking Tip is designed for customers who want to use the Iron Knob 2.0 with either the Fancy Steel Tether system or a Prince Albert locking pin.

The Tether incorporates its own drainage tube, helping direct urine through the front of the device.

Anti-Pullout Options

Iron Knob 2.0 introduces additional anti-pullout options for customers looking for a higher-security configuration.

Fancy Steel Tether

The Tether provides a non-piercing anti-pullout option and integrates directly with the Iron Knob 2.0 locking system.

Once correctly fitted, the Tether provides additional retention without requiring a piercing.

Prince Albert Locking Pin

For customers with a suitable healed Prince Albert piercing, Iron Knob 2.0 can also be configured with our Prince Albert locking pin and retaining system.

This provides a direct mechanical retention point between the wearer and the cage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I urinate while wearing Iron Knob 2.0?

Yes.

With the Standard Open Tip, urine exits through the 12 mm front opening.

When using the Tether configuration, the Tether incorporates a drainage tube that helps create a more directed flow.

We still recommend sitting down to urinate while wearing the device. Some additional wiping and cleaning may be required.

How secure is Iron Knob 2.0?

Iron Knob 2.0 has been designed to provide a high level of physical retention when correctly sized and fitted.

For the highest-security configuration, the device can be combined with either the Fancy Steel Tether or a compatible Prince Albert locking pin. This completely stops pullouts 

As with any wearable chastity device, fit and anatomy vary between individuals. 

Do I need a piercing?

No.

The standard Iron Knob 2.0 does not require a piercing.Customers wanting additional anti-pullout retention can select the non-piercing Tether system.

A Prince Albert piercing is only required when selecting the PA locking-pin configuration.

What happens if I choose the wrong ring size?

Additional rings are available separately. This allows you to change your fit without purchasing an entirely new device.
